Conditions Expresso Qualidade

Dear Customer,

In order to conclude your purchase your connection will be forwarded to the Rede Nacional de Expressos website. As such, we recommend that you read the following information carefully (Conditions):

1 - PAYMENT - Payment is anticipated and for the total amount.

2 - RESERVATIONS - Reservations made by phone or by SMS shall be raised up to one hour before departure. If this condition does not occur, the reservation is automatically canceled the passenger being dependent on the availability of seats.

3 - APPEARANCE FOR BOARDING - The presentation at the embarkation should be made with at least 15 minutes in advance.

4 - VALIDATION OF BOARDING - will only be accepted for boarding, passengers with tickets valid for the date, time, origin and destination concerned. The acceptance of tickets purchased at a discount to passengers is limited to validate the same upon presentation of evidence.

5 - ALTERATIONS - Any change on the trip (date, time, origin and destination) shall be made in person at any point of sale of the company.

6 - CANCELLATION / REFUND - Cancellation shall give entitlement to reimbursement if it is made personally, in the same place of purchase, up to 31 minutes before the scheduled trip. After this period, will only take place revalidation of the ticket. The one-way ticket / Volta is a single ticket for what their cancellation shall not give entitlement to a refund if it has not been used in any of the tracks.

7 - RENEWAL - The revalidation carried out:

until 31 minutes before departure time is free;

During the 30 minutes before departure time will cost 10% of the ticket;

After the departure time and 24 hours later will cost 25% of the ticket;

Exceeded 24 hours of departure time, the Customer will lose any right to reinstatement or reimbursement except in cases attributable to the Company. In the case of one-way tickets / Tour, is only possible to reinstatement to the same origin and destination. Transport tickets purchased at discount periods, may be revalidated for the same period to revalidate the title (within the same price class). The ticket may only be renewed once.

8 - ELECTRONIC TICKET - Transport tickets purchased via the Internet can not be changed, nor are revalidated subject to refund.

9 - PERSONAL BAGGAGE - Each passenger is entitled to transportation (the trunk) of a suitcase with clothing and personal objects weighing up to 20 Kg Inside the vehicle will only be allowed to transport small volumes which, by their dimensions, weight and characteristics can be properly secured in the appropriate places and do not pose risk or discomfort to passengers. All luggage must be properly identified, lying in all stations of sale of the Company, for their identification labels.

10 - SERVICE BOARD / BAR SERVICE - The Company can not ensure the existence of Assistant Board and, therefore, bar service on every trip.

11 - SPLIT - When there is overcrowding of the service and / or need for sub-contracting, the company can not ensure the existence of WC, DVD and seating in the vehicle for such escalation.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1 - The buses are equipped with toilets, bar and DVD.

2 - The value of the tickets contained in the table which will be available.

3 - Children under 4 years old travel free, but only if they do not occupy a place. Artº.150 - RTA - Decreto 37272 of 31/12/48.

4 - Children aged 4 and less than or equal to 12 years pay half fare, having the right to occupy the place in terms of art. 163. - Art .151 - RTA - Decreto 37272 of 31/12/48.

5 - All other conditions not specified here shall be in accordance with the RTA in force.

6 - The general conditions for the transport of pets inside the vehicle are defined in terms of Portaria nº968/2009 of 26 August and can be found at points of sale of the Company.
